Operations
A quantity is never written over another quantity. It is built from recorded movements: receipt, sale, transfer and stocktake. The assistant knows where an item is available without revealing its quantity.

What it does
Every change is a recorded movement: opening balance, purchase receipt, sale, transfer, customer return, adjustment and stocktake correction.
Options for each item, batches with expiry dates, and a barcode that prevents duplicate items.
The quantity of each branch on its own, and a transfer records the exit from one branch and the entry into another.
Open the stocktake, count, then approve. Every difference becomes a correction movement with its reason: damaged, expired, missing or other.
Low, out, nearing expiry, a late purchase order, and a cost increase. Each alert comes with a one-tap action, such as adding to a purchase order or transferring from another branch.
The demand report gathers what customers asked about, in the words they wrote, including what you do not sell at all.
How it works
By hand or from a CSV file, and the main branch is created automatically.
And the opening quantities for each branch.
Receipt, sale, transfer and stocktake, each movement with its date.
Available, limited or out of stock, with the branch name.
