Does it confirm bookings by itself?
No, unless you allow it. It records the booking request and the time stays held until you confirm it, and you can let it confirm some of your business services itself.
What does the customer receive after booking?
A page for their booking with a reference number, from which they cancel before the cancellation deadline or change their appointment to an available time. They also receive a reminder before their appointment.
Can I publish posts on my accounts?
Yes, with the marketing manager: you write the post once and publish it to Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and LinkedIn. It does not create paid ads.
Does the assistant tell the customer the stock quantity?
No. It says: available, limited or out of stock, along with the branch name. The “limited” threshold is yours to set, 3 by default.
