Does the assistant tell the customer the stock quantity?
No. It says: available, limited or out of stock, along with the branch name. The “limited” threshold is yours to set, 3 by default.
How does the customer follow their order?
From a public order tracking page, or by asking the assistant in the conversation. For orders placed in conversations, they receive a message when it is confirmed, out for delivery and delivered, and every order has an invoice in Arabic and English with numbering of your own.
Does it invent prices or delivery fees?
No. It answers only with the prices of your products and the delivery-zone fees that you recorded, and if it does not know the customer's zone, it asks.
I do not have a website. Can I still use it?
Yes. The chat link is enough: in your Instagram bio, or in your messages. And if you want a page, you build your business page from the dashboard with no developer and no hosting.
