Team and permissions

About data and subscriptions
Do AI models train on my data?
No. The privacy policy names the AI providers and states that they do not train their models on your data.
Can I take my data?
Yes. The owner exports a ZIP file from the settings, containing settings, conversations, leads, the activity log and the list of knowledge documents.
What happens if my subscription ends?
The account is suspended and you receive an alert, and the assistant keeps replying from your knowledge as long as you have AI credit.
