Can the same time be booked twice?
No, even if two bookings arrive at the same instant. Any of your business services that needs both a doctor and a room appears only at a time when both are available.
Does the waiting-room screen need a login?
No. You open it with a link on any TV that has a browser, it refreshes every 10 seconds, and it shows only the first name and first initial.
Do AI models train on my data?
No. The privacy policy names the AI providers and states that they do not train their models on your data.
