What it does
Conversation started, resolved and handed over, messages, leads, booking requests, orders and their status changes, knowledge, channel status and customer ratings: 17 events.
HMAC-SHA256 over the timestamp and the event body, in the X-Scode-Signature header, with a delivery ID that prevents duplicates.
6 attempts: after 30 seconds, then 2 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 30, then 2 hours. A log for each delivery, and resending with the same ID.
Floating, inline, full-page, pop-up window or side panel. Or hide its button and open it from your own button, or build your whole interface with the headless client.
An MCP server lets your AI assistant add knowledge, fixed answers and business information, and test questions. No delete tools, by design.
The test tool flags an answer that has no source, one that was handed over to an employee, or one with low confidence. And 200 free tests every billing cycle.
How it works
With specific permissions, expiring after 90 days by default.
Over HTTPS, up to 10 endpoints, and the secret is shown once.
With one line, or with the headless client.
Add the MCP server to your assistant, and start by asking about the account's capabilities.

Works with
Questions
Sending events to your systems. The chat widget, the headless client and the MCP server are available with the account, and some MCP tools need the automations service.
It is retried up to 6 times for each event, and the endpoint stops automatically after 20 consecutive failures. You can resend any delivery from the log.
No. The external system call in automation rules is a plain request with no signature and no retries. For signed events, use event endpoints.
With an admin key created by the account owner, the agency adds the MCP server to its AI assistant, and adds knowledge and tests answers by conversation.
